Waking up to glorious sunshine today, made me want to open the door in the living room & just invite it inside! I admit it was brief, as it’s still wintery cold, but gosh it felt lovely to have a glimmer of Spring 🌱✨

The pockets of joy you find at home during Winter.

Rachael @shophousebarn wanted her January shoot to fully embrace Winter, with a little nod to Spring. Something we all naturally do this time of year in our homes.

Snuggle into the pockets of comfort; hot tea, a bath, cooking, an early night, candle light & sit in front of the fire. Then when we do venture out. We return home with Spring bulbs or flowers, adding little bursts of joy around dark corners of our home. reminding us the longer, lighter days are on their way.
