HOW DO I BOOK?

Fab news! I’m so looking forward to working together. I'd love to chat to you about how we can work together. I find it a great opportunity to work out what is best for you and your business. You can book a call here. You can book your shoot on either  by either dropping me an email hello@bylaurenbarber.com  where I accept card payments or Paypal.

HOW SOON DO I NEED TO BOOK?

In order to give you the very best service with your images, there is a little bit of homework for you to do before I can begin photographing your items. I would advise giving yourself at least a week to complete the ‘My Brand Style’ form and sending it back, I want to ensure I have the best understanding of your brand so I can give you the best images!. I will complete your shoot, including editing, within three weeks of receiving your items. Please get in touch if you have a deadline to work to, I may be able to accommodate a quicker turn around in certain cases, just ask!

HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT IMAGES I WANT?

This is all covered in the ‘My Brand Style’ form, which you will fill in prior to a one-to-one where we can chat over the information and create a clear shot list and action plan for your images. 

HOW IS OUR ONE TO ONE CONDUCTED?

Once you have completed The ‘My Brand Style’ guide and returned it to me, we will arrange our one to one. Our one to one will be via Skype or Telephone, whichever you prefer, and will take no long than 1 hour.

WHAT SHOULD I SEND YOU?

This will all become clearer once we have our one-to-one, it may be that you have a new range of products you want to launch, possibly some old favourites that could do with showcasing or maybe something totally different? I love something new, so show me what you’ve got! As far as your own props and personal belongings are concerned, it can really help to add that personal touch to your photos. By sending me some of your bits and bobs, maybe the mug that’s always on your desk, the personalised coaster underneath it or your favourite square of fabric, I can really pull your styling together to make it as authentic as if you were in the room with me!

HOW MANY PRODUCTS CAN I SEND YOU?

As a rule, when I am capturing product photography, I take 2 images per product. During our one to one, we can discuss the specifics, but as a guide, fill one medium sized box (dimensions Postoffice)  which should be sufficient. Please bear in mind, I will only return your items at the cost of a medium package 2nd Class (UK Post) anything heavier or larger than this will be recharged back to you.

DO I HAVE TO SEND PROPS?

Not necessarily no, during our one-to-one we may discover that my props will be perfect along side your products.  I have an ongoing catalogue of my props collection, updated regularly on my website, please feel free to check these out, and if something catches your eye let me know!

Also, if I feel that a certain prop might be useful to me in the future and would fit well with your products; I may well purchase new items… but just don’t tell my husband, ok?

CAN YOU SUPPLY FRESH PRODUCE FOR MY SHOOT?

Yes of course! During our one-to-one we can discuss the items needed to really showcase your products or services, but don’t worry, I’m not expecting you to post me a box full of fresh fruit or flowers! I am happy to source and purchase these items on your behalf and recharge the cost back to you.

CAN I COME TO YOUR STUDIO WITH MY PRODUCTS?

Unfortunately no, I can’t currently accommodate visitors at my studio, but I am happy to have you drop round your box if you are local to me.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?

Two to three weeks from receiving your items I will email you an invite images via available to download whenever. a log with access to aftercare

WHEN WILL YOU POST MY PRODUCTS BACK TO ME?

As soon as I know you are happy with the images you have received, I will be able to send your items back to you via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

HOW DO I BOOK MY NEXT SESSION WITH YOU?

What a wonderful question! You can easily book again through the website or by emailing me, and remember to look through your after care guide, where you have some exciting options as a returning customer to book me for shorter sessions when wanting quick, simple updates! I love getting to know my clients and their work and I would be delighted to see your products again. Every time I work on your brand, your story gets told in even more authentic detail.
